The name of the Association shall be “Abacus Association.”
Clause 2 – Registered Office
The registered office of the Association shall be situated in the State of Maharashtra.
Clause 3 – Objectives
To promote and propagate education in Abacus and Vedic Mathematics.
To bring together teachers, trainers, and center heads for interaction, knowledge sharing, and academic growth.
To organize workshops, competitions, and training programs to improve students’ confidence, speed, and accuracy.
To conduct seminars and conferences for enhancing teaching quality.
To encourage students to participate in national and international competitions.
To provide educational materials including books, digital tools, and resources.
To collaborate with government and international institutions.
To utilize modern technology for effective learning.
To use funds strictly for educational and developmental purposes.
Clause 4 – Membership
Membership of the Association shall be open to all individuals irrespective of caste, religion, gender, or community, who are interested in the objectives of the Association and agree to abide by its rules and regulations.
Clause 5 – Management
The day-to-day affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Managing Committee.
The Committee shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other elected members.
Clause 6 – Non-Profit Clause
The income and property of the Association shall be utilized solely for the promotion of its objectives.
No portion of the income or property shall be distributed among the members as profit or benefit.
Clause 7 – Dissolution Clause
In the event of dissolution of the Association, the remaining assets and funds shall not be distributed among the members, but shall be transferred to another similar educational or social institution having legal recognition.
