The Committee shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, and 3 to 7 elected members.
The Committee shall manage the day-to-day affairs of the Association.
The Committee shall be elected every 5 years through voting.
The Committee shall have authority over financial transactions, program organization, staff appointments, and other administrative matters.
Any member desirous of becoming a part of the Managing Committee must have completed a minimum of three (3) years of continuous membership in the Association.
